I connected a 12V Battery with reverse Polarity and now my Reload Pro will not power up display.

Any Ideas on troubleshooting?
Does Arachnid sell replacement PCB?

What did your repair require? I have exactly the same issue. The product page said it has reverse polarity protection so I'm surprised it's failed...
