OK it is working now.
I misinterpreted this Instruction. "Next, click on Tools -> Board -> Boards Manager."
I am surprised others haven't misinterpreted this Instruction.
Thank you for your help Nick and Kean

I got hung up on finding the windows driver...installation says:
Click the 'Browse' button, and navigate to your Arduino sketchbook folder. You will find the drivers in a directory under that, called packages/arachnidlabs/hardware/avr/1.0.0/driver. Select that folder and click OK.
Not very helpful unless you actually know where the sketchbook folder is. Which I did not. Its somewhere around C:/Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/Arduino15/packages.

Could you tell us in what documentation you saw thew above direction. Are you referring to the Windows USB virtual serial COM port driver?

In the Tsunami installation documentation, under "Windows Drivers".
https://github.com/arachnidlabs/tsunami-arduino/wiki/Installation
under the subheading: Windows XP and Windows 7.
So, I guess, yes to the question.

Here is the path to the Arachnidlads driver for a Windows 10 installation.
C:\ > users > Howard > AppData > Roaming > Arduino15 > Packages > Arachnidlabs > Hardware
avr > 1.0.0 > driver > arachnidlabs
Substitute your user name for Howard. The path may be different for Windows XP ad Windows. 7.
Before using the browsing method I suggest you let Windows search for the driver.
